2 cepe mici
3-4 linguri margarina vegetala
2 linguri de faina
sare

Mod de preparare
Dovleceii, ceapa, telina, patrunjelul, pastarnacul si morcovii se spala, se curata, se taie in sferturi si se pun la fiert in apa cu sare (1.3l apa). Cand au fiert bine legumele, se adauga faina, se amesteca, se paseaza bine si se mai fierb 10 minute. Se inmoaie margarina, se pune sare si se amesteca in crema de legume; se mai lasa pe foc 5 minute.
Se serveste garnisita deasupra cu marar verde tocat.
